Mom’s Day Out Aerial Yoga 🧘‍♀️ Did you know MOM upside down is “WOW”? That is exactly how you will feel after going upside down in a hammock 🙃This class is a fun and relaxing day out for you and your mom squad. Leave the kids at home. Come take some time just for you ❤️
Aerial Yoga is for every “body” and offers those new to aerial to get their feet off the ground and become familiar with the aerial hammock. Aerial Yoga uses a hammock to allow students to perform postures that they may not ordinarily be able to attempt on the yoga mat. With your body weight being partially or fully supported by the hammock. Unleash your inner child as you spend an hour in flight. Come fly with me. 👉🏻 No zippers or jewelry to protect the hammocks 👍🏻 Space limited. Must sign up in advance on our website @loveatfirstflightclovis.com click Book Class Now then Enrollments. You will find this special event there. Or on the Mindbody app scroll until you get to Upcoming Events. 💸 Only $25 per person. Open to all levels. No yoga or aerial experience needed ❤️ Please arrive on time. Enter through back entrance. Socks 🧦 must be worn in class. Socks with grips work best. Door will open 10 minutes before class. Please refer to our late cancel policy. **First 15 minutes of class are designated to get you fitted for the hammock. Class begins after check in and is an hour in length. ***Also if this is your first class please allow time to complete waiver. ****Recommended for those new to aerial, who feel comfortable being off the ground and ready to try inverting. *Aerial Yoga class is not recommended for individuals who have high blood pressure, heart disease, cataracts, recent surgery, motion sickness, severe arthritis, recent stroke, spinal injuries, women who are pregnant, or anyone for whom hanging upside-down could cause medical complications or discomfort.
