The perfect way to unwind, heal your body, and find your inner peace. Think total relaxation at its finest. Great for the body, mind, and spirit. Come solo or bring your mom or your mom squad. This is a 45 minute class with some light stretching and guided meditation, followed by 20-30 minutes of Savasana (aka nap time) while suspended in a floating silk hammock. When scheduled in the evening this class is by Candlelight. This restful class whether a post-workout recovery, or a well-deserved break from the grind is sure to leave you revived, energized, full of Namaste and feeling Om-Mazing. Great for building focus and letting go of the stress of the week. Do it for you. Do it for the Savasana.Must preregister @loveatfirstflightclovis.com under Enrollments or the Mindbody app by scrolling down to Upcoming Events. $25 per person.
*Please arrive on time. Door will be locked once class begins. If you arrive later then that you will be asked to reschedule and charged a late cancel fee. Please refer to late cancel policy. Please do not come if you are sick. **Also if this is your first class please allow time to complete waiver.***Please enter studio through back entrance. Socks must be worn for class.
****Recommended for those new to aerial, no experience needed. If do not wish to be in the hammock there is room for those who wish to do the class from their mat. Please let instructor know prior to class. *****Please wear shirts with sleeves that cover armpits-NO TANK TOPS PLEASE. NO jewelry, hair clips, clothing with zippers, buttons, or anything that could get caught in the hammock. Please no lotion, oil, or perfumes.
