Come join us for our FREE weekly yoga & fitness classes at Annapolis Mall! Get ready to break a sweat and shop 'til you drop with our fun and energetic workouts. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or just looking to try something new, our classes are perfect for all levels. So grab your workout gear and head on over to Annapolis Mall for a sweat session like no other.

Please wear workout clothing and bring your stroller, water bottle, and a yoga mat.

This class will be taught by FIT4MOM!

Moms, pack your stroller and bring your kiddos to this 60-minute cardio and strength interval workout designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. Stroller Barre combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strengthen your body from the inside out! Stroller Barre will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood -- all while your kids enjoy songs, books, and games from their stroller. Whether you are pregnant, newly postpartum, or a mom with older children, FIT4MOM Chesapeake welcomes mothers at all stages of motherhood and fitness levels. Stay after class for our playgroup for the kids followed by some shopping with friends!
