Moms Support Group

Motherhood can feel both beautiful and completely overwhelming - especially in the early months when it can be so helpful to make connections with other new moms. This group gives new and expecting moms a gentle, judgment-free space to breathe, talk, and support one another. Bring the babies along and take some time to connect and share with other new moms.

This is a safe space to come together and also benefit from some light grounding tools and emotional support from the group leader. It's an opportunity to get out of the house and feel less alone.
