Your work can leave you feeling emotionally depleted and stressed. This group gives you a low-pressure space to breathe and connect.
About this Event

If you work in a helping profession, you already know how emotionally demanding it can be. Caring for others day after day is incredibly meaningful - but it can also leave you exhausted, stressed and unsure where to put the weight you carry. This group is designed to give you a warm, welcoming space to connect and share with others, and remember you don't have to hold everything alone. The group is gently guided by a therapist, but it is NOT therapy. There's no rigid structure, no required sharing, and no pressure to be "on". This is a space where you can show up exactly as you are, listen, talk, decompress, exchange support and learn a few grounding tools to help you stay steady in your work.
