✨ Mommy & Me Yoga with Christina of Thick Girl Yoga LA | Yoga Bliss – Westchester

Welcome to a space of connection, healing, and joy. 💗

Join us for Mommy & Me Yoga at Yoga Bliss – Westchester, guided by Christina of Thick Girl Yoga LA, your #yogidoula. This gentle class is designed for moms and their little ones to breathe, move, and simply be.

Together, we’ll practice a gentle parent flow—perfect for all bodies and all stages of postpartum recovery—followed by a tranquil sound bath to soothe your body and spirit.

Community is at the heart of this class. Take time to connect with other moms walking a similar path, share stories, and support one another in a space of compassion and understanding.

✨ We’ll also host a Clothes Swap!
Encouraging sustainable giving and receiving within our mom community.

👗 Clothes Swap Guidelines:

• Bring up to 10 clean, gently used clothing items for moms or little ones
• Please ensure items are in good condition (no stains, holes, or heavy wear)
• Swap one-for-one and take home what brings you joy

🧘🏽‍♀️ No yoga experience necessary!
Just bring your mat, your little one, and an open heart.
