Mommy & Me: Sounds and Snuggles

This 45-minute group is a soothing space for moms and little ones to slow down, reset, and reconnect. Moms and their kids have opportunities to play instruments together, while also finding calm and nourishment through the sounds, with time to relax and snuggle close. Grounding yet playful, it’s a restorative experience to share together.

Whether you're navigating postpartum, the chaos of parenting, or just needing a moment to breathe, this session offers a calm, welcoming environment to help you feel more centered and supported 💛

Come exactly as you are—messy bun, yoga pants, and all.

Tickets: Each date is ticketed individually, so you can join whenever it works for you.

🧘‍♀️ Please bring a yoga mat or blanket and comfy layers. Optional: pillow, blanket, or bolster to stay cozy.
