A Sound Bath Series Just for Moms

A gentle reset to help you soothe your nervous system, let go of perfectionism, and reconnect with your full, authentic self.

As moms, we carry a lot—physically, emotionally, mentally. That stress can build up in our bodies and leave us feeling tired, tense, anxious, or constantly on edge. While talk therapy helps us make sense of what we’re going through, sound baths offer something different: a way to relax and release in the body, without needing to find the right words.

Each session blends guided meditation with rich, restorative sound to help you unwind and come back to yourself.

This series was created for moms who feel stuck in the most common places we all get stuck sometimes:

Tickets: Each date is ticketed individually, so you can join us whenever it works for you.

🧘‍♀️ Please bring a yoga mat and comfy layers. Optional: pillow, blanket, or bolster to stay cozy.

Please note: Sound baths are not recommended for individuals diagnosed with sound-induced epilepsy, individuals in their first trimester of pregnancy, and people with a history of severe mental health conditions.
