Join us at Fabletics for a 45-minute Mommy & Me Pilates class designed to help moms move, strengthen, and reconnect — with your little one right by your side.This gentle yet effective Pilates flow focuses on core strength, posture, mobility, and mindful movement, with modifications offered throughout to support postpartum, prenatal, and all stages of motherhood. Babies are welcome on a mat, blanket, in a stroller, car seat, or baby-worn — this class is intentionally flexible and judgment-free.
After class, enjoy exclusive time to shop the Fabletics store, connect with other moms, and treat yourself to something that feels good — because you deserve it.
What to bring:
• Yoga/Pilates mat
• Water
• Your little one (all ages welcome 💛)
