Mommy & Me Meditation

Mommy and Me meditation is a combination of valuable teachings to us and our littles while we also learn how to meditate through alternative avenues as well as a five minute traditional meditation. Emotion regulation, Self thought and discipline are the goals of this class while we can connect and support each other in an intimate environment. One ticket will cover one mommy and 1-2 littles.

This week's topic is extended from last week's selfish Love and dives into a new prospective of loving and being loved. There will be an activity provided for the kids as well some water and snacks. See you there !
