4 Seasons Awareness Retreat Series

One day during each season we will explore how the cycle of nature is reflected within us. Together we experience through movement, meditation, nature walks/ experiences and mindful exercises how to connect, appreciate and nurture our innate connection to nature. Discover how each season has a unique impact on your body, mind and soul and feel empowered by this knowledge to be more at ease in your everyday life.

Duration: 9 AM - 4 PM

A specially curated vegetarian lunch and snacks are included.

Every attendee will also receive a goodie bag, filled with treats experienced during the retreat.

This is a series of 4 workshops: Spring, Summer, Fall & Winter (see addititional dates)

Each workshop can be attended individually or as package; a discount is available for attending all 4 workshops.
