Self Care Sunday: Moments of Joy is a gentle, reflective creative workshop designed to help you slow down and reconnect with what truly brings you happiness.

We’ll take time to reflect on moments, people, and experiences that spark joy, then paint a personal tribute inspired by those feelings.

No art experience needed and all supplies are provided.

What’s Included:

• All materials & tools, including paints, canvas, easels, palettes, brushes, and more.
• Supportive guidance & facilitation throughout the session by Dr Lemco.
• Complimentary tea bar.
• A relaxed, welcoming, and judgement-free environment to create freely.

Space is limited to keep the experience intimate and intentional, so reserve your spot early! Please note that tickets are non-refundable. Unless otherwise specified, our workshops are for ages 18+.

Dr Lemco’s Creative Club is located at 5271 Maisonneuve Ouest (corner of Decarie & Maisonneuve, the door underneath the Native man’s head).

The unit is part of the 2000 Northcliffe building, with it's own private entrance on Maisonneuve, just steps from Vendome Metro.
