The Mom Walk Co. Springfield is a stroller-friendly walking group for moms and kids to make new friends and experience motherhood together. This event is a workout sponsored by Elisabeth Howard. We'll meet outside the public restroom building and then find our semi-private space for the workout. Kids are welcome, but please make sure to add them in your number during registration. Make sure to bring a yoga mat, a baby carrier (if applicable), wrist or ankle weights if desired, and a water bottle!Let us know you're coming here:
