Join us Friday, May 8 and Saturday, May 9 from 10 AM–5 PM for a museum-wide celebration exploring how cultures across the globe honor mothers and caregivers.
Families can travel from West Virginia, where Mother’s Day began, to Australia, Mexico, France, Brazil, and Kenya through interactive stations featuring crafts, music, design, and hands-on play.
From making maracas and medals to designing colorful patterns and flower crafts, this global experience celebrates the many ways love is expressed around the world.
