✨ Mom Fit | Fall 2025 ✨A fitness series designed just for moms! 💪 Whether you’re carving out some time for yourself or bringing your little one along, this 4-week series is here to help you feel strong, energized, and confident.
In a supportive and judgment-free environment, you’ll be guided through fun and functional workouts that focus on strength, endurance, mobility, and core stability—perfect for navigating the demands of motherhood. With modifications provided, this class is suitable for all fitness levels—from those returning to movement postpartum to moms who simply want to mix up their routine.
👶 Babies are welcome too! Feel free to bring your little one (up to around 8–9 months old) and enjoy a workout without the stress of childcare.
📅 When: Tuesdays, 11:00 AM – 11:45 AM
📆 Dates: October 7, 14, 21, 28
📍 Where: Dundas Yoga & Fitness (lots of free parking + easy studio access)
💲 Cost: $80 + HST for the full series
💲 Drop-in: $22 + HST per class
✨ Expect light weights, bodyweight exercises, energizing movement, and targeted core work—all designed with moms in mind. Come as you are, move at your own pace, and leave feeling empowered and refreshed.
