Intuitive Painting: A Somatic Practice

Connect body, mind, and creative flow in this evening of intuitive painting. Led by an Art Therapist + Registered Psychotherapist, we will begin with gentle somatic warm-ups, calming breathwork, and simple exercises to bring awareness to the present moment. Then, you will be guided into playful mark-making and expressive painting using both traditional tools like acrylics, watercolours, and brushes, as well as unconventional materials for added freedom.
This workshop focuses on process rather than product. You will be invited to let go of expectations, tune into your body’s natural rhythms, and explore new ways of expressing yourself through colour, movement, and texture.
No art experience is needed.
All materials are provided, and snacks and refreshments are included.
Parking: Street parking is available via the Passport app.
