Join us for a fun and relaxing yoga session designed especially for moms and their little ones! It’s a perfect way to connect, stretch, and unwind together. Hosted in partnership with Crimson Heart Yoga!

Grab your little yogi & join us for a special bonding experience on the mat! We will start out with 20 minutes of seperate sessions- adults flowing through their own practice while the kids enjoy a fun, engaging yoga class just for them! We will then come back together for a partner style class guaranteed to be full of laughter, movement and connection.

Stay after class and visit Mamacitas Coffee cart! She will be offering lattes, matchas, kids drinks and mini pancakes!
