This special series is designed for new moms who are ready to gently return to movement and reconnect with their bodies after birth. Each class offers a supportive space to rebuild strength, restore balance, and find your breath again, all while bonding with your baby.
Perfect for moms cleared for postpartum movement (typically 8 weeks after vaginal or cesarean birth), with babies 8 weeks to pre-crawling. Modifications are always offered, so you can move at your own pace and honor where you are in your journey.
Over these four nourishing weeks, you will
• Gently strengthen your core and pelvic floor
• Release tension in the body and calm the nervous system
• Connect with your baby through mindful movement and touch
• Build community with other moms who truly understand this season
