About this Event
Shanti Mom 85-Hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training
Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training (RPYT Pathway)
Pregnancy is one of the most extraordinary and transformative times in a woman's life. It is a time for deep nurturing—not only for the unborn child, but for the mother herself. It is also an opportunity to cultivate mindfulness through breath, meditation, and conscious movement.
Shanti Mom Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training prepares teachers and birth professionals to safely guide expectant mothers through yoga practices designed to support the physical, emotional, and spiritual journey of pregnancy.
Prenatal yoga provides safe and effective exercises that strengthen and relax the rapidly changing body while preparing mothers for conscious childbirth. Through breath awareness, meditation, and supportive movement, expectant mothers learn to reduce stress, release fear, and develop a deep connection with their baby prior to birth.
Prenatal yoga goes beyond the physical practice. Classes incorporate breathing techniques that calm the nervous system and provide focus during moments of stress, labor, and transition. Meditation practices cultivate peace, empowerment, and trust in the body’s natural wisdom. Because a mother’s emotions and environment influence her developing baby, creating a peaceful and supportive space becomes an essential part of the prenatal journey.
Each Shanti Mom class is designed with uplifting themes that inspire connection, confidence, and awareness throughout pregnancy.
This 85-hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training will equip participants with the knowledge, confidence, and practical teaching skills needed to safely guide prenatal yoga classes and support expectant mothers throughout pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
