Mom and Mini Yoga Class
Join us for this collaboration with Moms and Minis Walk Club for this unique opportunity on Tuesday, June 23rd at 1:00pm. We will focus on gentle stretches, breathwork, and poses for mom to regain strength after pregnancy, and to help with postpartum recovery. We will also practice poses and massage for baby to promote development and enjoy bonding time together.
