Join us for a sweet adventure at our Molasses Cooking Experience in Westboro, a few minutes from Downtown Ottawa ON, Canada! Learn how to create delectable dishes from scratch with our expert chef guiding you every step of the way. You will taste and examine a variety of molasses from different sources and learn how it is made. Additinally, from svoury to sweet dishes, you'll explore the diversity of different types of molasses.

In this short experience, you will learn to cook a 3 course meal using different types of molasses. After cooking, you will enjoy the fruits of your work for lunch at Asma's Table, followed by desssert. Additionally, you will take home your own home-made dessert to share with family and friends.
