moida K-beauty Leeds Store Opening

We're bringing moida K-beauty to Leeds, and we can't wait to welcome you in person. To keep opening day smooth (and not chaotic), we're running a timed ticket system for the first two hours.

• 09:00–11:00 — Ticketed entry only
• From 11:00 — Open to everyone, no ticket required

Show up during the time slot on your ticket — not before, not after. We can't admit latecomers, so please plan around it.

What to bring:

• Your ticket (with QR code)
• Photo ID matching the name on your ticket

This is a 16+ event.

Ticket holders can pick up a goodie bag by spending £20 or more in a single transaction during their slot. Your £20 ticket price comes straight off that total at checkout.

A few things to note:

• Collect it during your booked slot — we'll be checking attendance to keep things fair.
• It can't be combined with any other gift-with-purchase offer running that day.
• Miss your slot? No problem — your ticket converts into a £20 voucher you can use another time.

From 11:00, walk-ins are more than welcome — no ticket needed, and there's a £100 goodie bag up for grabs too. The first 100 people in the walk-in queue will each be given a wristband, so do keep hold of it once it's on and please do stay in the queue once you have your wristband. Spend £20 or more and that wristband gets you your £100 goodie bag.
Once those 100 spots are taken, we may ask you to queue for a bit before coming in, depending on how busy things are. Thanks in advance for your patience.

Fancy coming along? Tickets are limited to 100, and they're handed out strictly first come, first served, so it's worth being quick off the mark.

We're keeping things fair with a one-ticket rule: one per person, and only one per email address and phone number. If we spot more than one ticket linked to the same email or phone number, we'll cancel the extras and refund you automatically.

Availability

• Capacity is capped at 100 tickets, allocated first come, first served.
• One ticket per person. One ticket per email address and phone number — duplicates will be cancelled and refunded automatically.
• If tickets sell out, you're welcome to join the waitlist on Eventbrite. If a ticket becomes available, you'll have 12 hours to respond and claim it — if we don't hear from you in that time, the ticket will pass to the next person on the waitlist.

Entry

• Ticketed entry runs from 09:00 to 11:00. Arrive within your assigned slot; late arrivals won't be admitted.
• Bring your ticket and a valid photo ID matching the ticket holder's name.
• This event is 16+.
• We'll verify attendance when you collect your goodie bag, to prevent multiple redemptions.

Goodie Bag

• Minimum spend of £20 in a single transaction to redeem.
• The £20 ticket fee is deducted from your order total at checkout.
• Can't be combined with other gift-with-purchase offers.
• Tickets are non-refundable, but if you miss your slot, your ticket converts automatically into a £20 voucher.
• Contents are curated by moida K-beauty and may vary by attendee. The estimated value (up to £170) isn't guaranteed, and items may be substituted depending on stock. Goodie bags can't be exchanged or transferred.

General Entry

• From 11:00, entry is open to the public — no ticket required.
• The first 100 walk-in customers will receive a wristband. Please keep your wristband on and stay in the queue once you've received it.
• Spend £20 or more to redeem your £100 goodie bag with your wristband.
• Once the first 100 spots are filled, you may be asked to queue for a bit before coming in, depending on how busy we are.

Other Things to Know

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• No entry without a valid ticket and matching ID.
• A service fee from Eventbrite may apply to your ticket price at checkout.
• Loyalty vouchers, newsletter sign-up discounts, money-off coupons, and birthday discounts don't apply on opening day, as separate promotions are running instead.
• moida K-beauty reserves the right to refuse entry — for example, for late arrival or inappropriate behaviour.

Your Data

• Booking a ticket means you're giving us consent to use your data to manage the event.
• Joining the queue on the day means you're okay with appearing in moida K-beauty's marketing and social content.
