Modular Sound Bath: Lifting the Veil

At this time of the year, it is believed that the veil between worlds thins. It is a time to welcome loved ones from our past into our homes and hearts. We will use our time together to reflect on our past year and beyond; then, to set intentions around what people, ideas, versions of ourselves, hobbies, etc. from the past we wish to continue to nourish in our present-day lives. Who and what do we want to let in as the veil thins, and who / what do we wish to keep out?

SETUP

Bring a yoga mat with blankets and pillows to rest on, as you will be invited to lay down on the floor. Wear comfortable clothes. If you require a chair, it will be made available. A journal would be great for any pending thoughts or experiences.
