About this Event

Kintsugi is the Japanese art of putting broken pottery pieces back together with gold, a metaphor for embracing your flaws and imperfections.
“You won't realize your full potential until you go through the tough times,"

Embrace the beauty of imperfection. Join our Kintsugi workshop and learn how to restore broken bowls with a touch of gold . Rediscover balance, acceptance, and personal empowerment through this transformative art form.

Repairing pottery with a contemporary twist

Experience the beauty of urushi (Japanese lacquer) in our 1 Day Modern Kintsugi workshop. Unlike conventional modern kintsugi methods that use only artificial glue. You will leave satisfied with both the experience of Kintsugi and the final product of your Kintsugi pottery from the workshop.
The modern kintsugi method creates stunningly restored pottery.

Pottery will be provided.
Please note: We do not recommend this workshop for pregnant or breastfeeding women due to the nature of the chemicals.
Please Note: We do NOT offer repairs
We provide the pottery for the workshop as there is a learning curve when learning the art of Kintsugi.
