Taught by Pasquale Antonio of NC Systema. Pasquale has been teaching Systema since 2012, and draws on over 20 years of various martial arts experience including Aikido and Jujitsu.
Topics will include:
Moving effortlessly between the ground and standing while engaged
Utilizing pressure to create movement and opportunity
Remaining free and aware in restrictive positions
Using joint locks to establish control
Striking in compromised positions
Weapons work and basic disarms
Working with multiple attackers
MAKE IT A FULL WEEKEND OF TRAINING:
All participants in our one day seminar are invited to join our regular classes Friday from 6:30 to 8:30 pm and Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 pm at no additional cost, giving you a full three days of training.
