An immersive workshop for high-achieving women who struggle with decision fatigue and whose bodies never get a break from being in charge.About this Event
This is your chance to rest, learn, and play.
We begin by softening into the space with an herbal mocktail bar supporting your nervous system as you arrive. From there, you’ll move through guided journaling and a slow, intentional dance meditation designed to bring you out of your head and back into your body.
You’ll be invited into a playful, structured exploration of power, desire, and surrender using consent-based dynamics to help you experience what it feels like to be guided, to receive, and to ask for what you actually want.
This is a creative workshop.
You’re welcome to dress in a way that makes you feel:
soft and powerful
sensual and expressed
curious, playful, and fully yourself
Think:
silk, fitted, flowy, structured, minimal, bold
or even light BDSM-inspired styling if that feels aligned for you.
This is your space to explore, not perform.
We close by integrating everything through simple choreography that allows your body to hold what your mind is ready to release.
This experience moves through three phases:
Rest. Education. Play.
You’ll leave feeling more connected to your body, more aware of your patterns, and more open to receiving without needing to control the moment.
Limited to 16 participants for an intimate, high-quality experience.
Doors open at 7pm and close promptly at 7:30pm to preserve the container.
