Earthseed Land Collective

Saturday, May 30th from 2pm-4pm.

The Kongo Cafe Spring Medicine Cirlce activates the southern rootworking tradition through embodied connection with the land and herbal allies for collective wellbeing.

During this spring medicine circle, participants will:

• Learn about the energetics of spring & native herbal allies
• Experience a guided walking meditation on the land
• Taste an herbal tea that highlights spring time medicine
• Create your own spring herbal tea blend
• Take home an herbal skin salve with locally grown spring plant allies (optional)

**Masks will be required + provided indoors to ensure covid safety for immunocompromised community members.
