Want to be able to squat full ass to grass? Or find more ease in your upper back, so you can hold a barbell overhead comfortably? Then, this workshop is for you. Welcome to various levels, even if you are stiff as a board. First hour will go over training principles and the anatomy of the squat & upper back.
