Mobility & Yin yoga term begins 2 Jun until 14 July

Sometimes, the heat and ‘GO’ of Spring and Summer can leave us a little … frazzled. This yoga terms is focused on cooling and calming, connecting inwards.
Classes are a grounding blend of Qi Gong, low-to-the-mat movement and deeply nourishing Yin Yoga.
🌱Not sure about Yin yoga?
Yin is a slower style of yoga where poses are held for longer (2–5 minutes), working into the deeper connective tissues
Yin yoga benefits:
