Join Estefanny for Mobility & Strength: Lower Body, a new Thursday morning class on the outdoor turf at Jefferson Fit.
This lower-body training class is designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, increase range of motion, and support long-term joint health.
You’ll move through a structured mix of strength work, controlled movement patterns, and power-based exercises with a focus on hips, knees, movement quality, and lower-body muscle building.
One of the biggest benefits? You’ll track weights and exercises over time, so you can clearly see your progress and development.
All fitness levels are welcome. Each movement includes progressions and regressions so you can train at the right level for your body.
