Competitive Hybrid Conditioning - Jefferson Fit
This class combines functional strength work with intense cardio conditioning through sled pushes, rowing, carries, bodyweight endurance, timed intervals, and full-body performance circuits that challenge both power and stamina.
It is an excellent training option for members preparing for HYROX, obstacle races, endurance events, or anyone looking to improve athletic conditioning and overall work capacity.
