MNMB Sommerfarhen July 2026 - Western WI & the Twisty 60

Here are the details for the second Sommerfahren drive this summer, the set of flagship events of MNMB. This drive will be on July 12, 2026. The route was developed and will be led by Jamie Belcher. Our thanks to Jamie for his time and commitment to pull this together.
Synopsis: Departing from InterMarque Sunday Morning at Associated Dentists in St. Paul, this driver-focused route winds through the St. Croix and Mississippi River valleys, follows Wisconsin’s Great River Road, and culminates with a spirited run on the legendary MN-60 “Twisty 60.” With a single Marshaling stop just before the border of Wisconsin, the emphasis is on great roads, great cars, and plenty of seat time before finishing at the Historic Zumbrota Covered Bridge.

• Start Location: Associated Dentists, 1371 W, 1371 7th St W, St Paul, MN 55102
• Start Time: InterMarque Sunday morning begins at 8:00 AM | Drive departs at 10:00 AM
• Marshaling Point: Douglas Point Park, 14810 Point Douglas Dr S, Hastings, MN
• End Location: Historic Zumbrota Covered Bridge, Unnamed Road, Zumbrota, MN 55992. (near Zumbrota City Hall, 175 West Avenue, Zumbrota, MN 55992).
• Total Distance: ~120 miles
• Total Drive Time: ~2 hour 30 minutes plus time at the Marshaling Point
