MMPCIA Annual Community Stoop Sale in Central Harlem

On Sunday May 17th 2026, the Mount Morris Park Community Improvement Association is proud to host the annual Community Stoop Sale in Central Harlem. Over 100 homes are expected to participate in this year's 1-day event over an area stretching from Madison Avenue to Adam Clayton Powell Blvd (7th Ave), and from 118th Street to 124th Street. 

This annual event brings together a diverse and vibrant community at the center of the historical brownstone district in the heart of Harlem. Bring your eye for a good deal and pick up some art, antiques, collectibles, toys, fashion, and plain old junk on offer as locals empty their basements and storage spaces in this annual spring-cleaning ritual of sharing and community building.
