About this Event

To honor the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr., the UNC Hussman School of Journalism and Media will host a keynote address with Allen Buansi — a member of the North Carolina House of Representatives and civil rights lawyer.

The event will take place in UNC Hussman's Freedom Forum Conference Center (Carroll Hall 305).

Refreshments will be available at 5:30 p.m. prior to the event’s start. Buansi’s keynote address will begin at 6 p.m.
