Join us in watching Judging Juries, a film that explains how juries work in the justice system and why they are important. After the film, we invite you stay for a group discussion lead by Emily Coward, Director of Duke Law's Inclusive Juries Project to talk about what we learned and share ideas about how this affects our community.
The guest panelists include:
- District Attorney Jeffrey Nieman, Chatham and Orange Counties
- Senior Resident Superior Court Judge Allen Baddour, Chatham and Orange Counties
- Mark Kleinschmidt, Orange County Clerk of Superior Court
- Attorney James E. Williams Jr., Retired Orange County/Chatham Public Defender
