Enter the semi immersive world of MJ Morrow's Edwardian Tea Salon. Herstory Tour Guide Mandy Morrow takes it off the streets of London into one of Hammersmith's oldest ballroom at the Hammersmith club.
Mandy will tell the story of tea from its humble beginnings 2000 years ago in China to today. She is joined by the actors of the Lyric Ensemble and there will be a delicious homemade cream tea with tea supplied by the Eisa Tea Company. Eisa tea is woman owned tea company dealing with small farms around the world.
All the proceeds will go towards the Eisa Tea Empowerment fund which helps uplifts women and girls who work in the tea farms giving them the skills to progress in the industry.
Your ticket will include complimentary scones, cream and jam with loose leaf tea.

If we do not hear from you, we will assume you are good to eat the standard offering as listed. Because of limited kitchen facilities at the Hammersmith Club we cannot rustle up anything different on the day if it hasn't been pre-ordered. We will try to accommodate everyone but if the request is too difficult we will be very honest and let you know beforehand so you can make an informed decision before you book.
The seating arrangements will be in groups of 6 or more so be prepared to be on tables with others.
Please note that the Hammersmith Club has limited parking. There are streets surrounding the club which has a payphone ability to park.
The nearest tube is Hammersmith Broadway which is about a 7 minute walk away.
