The course covers the terminology of the industry along with common misconceptions people have of water losses and the benefits of immediate mitigation. After this introduction, the course will walk the attendees through a water loss from start to finish. This will include industry standards, insured concerns, the water mitigation process, and developing a plan to better assist insureds when they have a loss.
