The Missouri City Black History Month Celebration continues as we honor:

Constable Daryl Smith for Outstanding Contribution to Public Safety & Law Enforcement,

Caladonia J. Barnes for Outstanding Contribution in Nursing, Healthcare, and Civil Rights for more than 50 years.

In recognition of their service, we wish to honor them with the Don Smith Drum Major Award.
