2026 U.S. Roasters Championship

The 2026 U.S. Roasters Championship brings together the competitors from across the country to showcase their skill, creativity, and innovation in specialty coffee. Join us February 27 - March 01 in Houston to crown the next U.S. Roasting Champion.

Watch competitors take the stage to share new ideas and techniques, connect with fellow coffee professionals, and inspire fresh ways to push the specialty coffee community forward. It’s a celebration of talent, creativity, and the people that drive industry to new chapters.
Important: There are 24 total competitor spots available. This year, 8 competitor spots are reserved for the top six champions from the 2024 & 2025 U.S. Roasting Championships. These reserved spots will be held for 48 hours and are first-come, first-served among eligible champions. Any unclaimed reserved spots after the 48-hour window will be released to the public.

Online Learning Session (OLS): January 26 at 6PM CST. All confirmed competitors will be emailed registration details, and a recording will be made available following the session.
