Mission Madness Workshop Retreats begin again at LoveJoy United Presbyterian Church (2550 Rock Hill Road) in Wood River, IL. Over the last few years, A Place of Grace has donated more than 5,000 gifts to local agencies for their clientele at Christmas time. We knit hats. We make sleeping mats for the unhoused. We create journals and paper dolls and gift tags and bows. We upcycle Christmas cards. And we have SO much fun doing it! Mission Madness Workshop Retreats are a great way for working adults and students to participate in mission outreach, and for families to serve together! It's also perfect for youth groups to get involved! We would love to have you join us on the third Wednesday of each month, starting this week. Bring a friend! (and a pair of scissors) :)
