Mission Bay Moon Flow: Yoga and Sound on the Bay

About this Event

Join us at a full moon yoga class on mission bay. We will meet under the palm trees at Tecolote Shores south for a Vinyasa Yoga class at Sunset followed by a sound healing and meditation session to end the class. The gathering will include some time for journaling on your own or with guided prompts. The class ends with the rise fo the Full Moon.

My intention for these classes is to take a collective moment to pause and reflect on our intentional living while also releasing anything heavy. Bring your crystals and moon water and lets get a little witchy under the full moon on mission bay <3
