Misfits World Champion Matty Floyd at Pirate Life Perth

Fresh off one of the most talked-about finishes in Misfits Boxing, Perth's own Matty Floyd is inviting fans to celebrate a milestone moment in his career.

Following an exclusive media presentation earlier in the day, Pirate Life Perth will throw open its doors from 6pm on Thursday 23 July for a free public celebration marking Floyd's official Misfits World Championship belt presentation.

After a controversial finish against former world champion Anthony Taylor saw Floyd leave fight night without his belt, the championship will finally be presented in front of his hometown supporters before the venue opens to the public for an evening of celebration.

Fans will have the opportunity to meet Matty, see the championship belt up close and celebrate alongside one of WA's biggest boxing success stories, with Misfits Boxing representatives and commentators also in attendance.
