Paratus Training is opening its Bayswater facility for an afternoon built for employers, recruiters, and site supervisors who put worksite safety before anything else — and want a training partner that does the same.
Paratus Training is a new name in mining and construction training in WA, and we're not chasing volume. We've built a dedicated facility around one priority: training that holds up on site, not just on paper.
Our high-risk work licence and safety courses — covering working at heights, confined space entry, gas testing, first attack fire, forklift, EWP, dogging, and rigging — are trainer-led and safety-serious from the ground up.
This Open Day is your chance to see that in person: the facility, the trainers, and what it actually takes to send a crew on site prepared, not just ticketed.
On the day:
- Facility and equipment tour — see the training rooms, forklifts, EWPs, working at heights container setup, and gear your workers would actually train on
- Live training demonstrations from our trainers
- Meet CEO Catherine Baggio and the Paratus training team
- A short info session on corporate and bulk booking options for employers and recruiters
- Network with other local businesses who take worksite safety seriously
- An open discussion on where safety training in the industry needs to go, have your say and contribute to change
- Light refreshments
