🧊 Position: Operations Associate
As an Operations Associate at Misfits Market, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers receive their orders accurately and on time by selecting, picking, and packing products in a temperature-controlled (34°) environment.
This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in refrigerated conditions.
🗓️ Training Schedule (now through July 31):
Sunday–Thursday, 4:30 AM – 1:00 PM
🗓️ Permanent Schedule (starting August 1):
Saturday–Tuesday, 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
✅ Pre‑Screening Questions (required):
⚠️ You must answer YES to all of the following:
• Are you authorized to work in the United States?
• Are you at least 18 years of age?
• Are you comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (34°) for the duration of your shift?
• Do you have experience working in a warehouse environment?
• Are you available to work the training and permanent schedules listed above?
