Meet your hosts Georgie Doherty and Sharan Kafoa:

Georgie is an experienced EFT Tapping Practitioner and Transformational Coach dedicated to empowering women to reclaim their confidence and embrace their true selves. With a deep understanding of the unique challenges women face with body image, Georgie offers personalised coaching sessions that combine EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) with transformative coaching methods.
Her mission is to guide women through a journey of self-discovery and healing, helping women to release negative emotions, beliefs, and past traumas that have held them back from feeling truly comfortable and confident in their own skin. Together, we will uncover the root causes of your body image struggles and implement practical strategies to cultivate self-love, acceptance, and a positive body mindset.

Sharan is a Women’s Integrative Health Coach, with a focus on hormones and natural anti-aging strategies.

She believes that every woman heading into menopause deserves to thrive, and loves educating and empowering women through this transition. She is passionate about empowering women to feel healthy, supported, so they no longer struggle with feeling run down, burned out, exhausted and overwhelmed.

Her mission is to empower women to have a better relationship with themselves, and to help them to piece together their own health jigsaw in order to live a life full of energy, and to feel in control of their health and how they feel.
