Soul Nurturing Retreat Day

Join Monique Poppelaars (Sundew Therapies) and Helen Forster (Whole Beginnings) as they facilitate this nurturing Retreat Day which will allow you to truly connect with all six senses.

The day will include meditation, movement, aromatic kinesiology, creation of your own signature essential oil blend, stillness and rituals to bring the sacred into your everyday. There will be plenty of herbal teas and a nourishing lunch to share.

Your Practitioners

Monique Poppelaars is the founder of Sundew Therapies and a qualified Reflexologist and Aromatic Kinesiologist. Monique has been studied Aromatic Kinesiology® with Robbi Zeck ND for more than 6 years and loves exploring how essential oils can assist on a daily basis and enhance client’s treatments. Having attended all of the AK workshops and personally benefited so much, she took the next step. Recently, in March 2024, she became one the inaugural teachers of Aromatic Kinesiology®, a beautiful modality of energetic medicine developed over 30 years by Robbi. Monique is very excited to be able to guide others in exploring, experiencing and embodying the benefits of Aromatic Kinesiology®.

Helen Forster is the founder of Whole Beginnings and Co-creator of Merkaba Studio. She is an Intuitive Healer, Yoga Nidra Meditation Facilitator, Sound Healer, Breathwork Facilitator and Holder of Sacred Space.
