Join us for one of DC’s favorite free community fitness events! MINT’s 7th Annual Outdoor Power Playground is happening Sunday, October 19. Registrations begins at 10:30am and class begins at 11am at Marie Reed in Adams Morgan.This high-energy, outdoor group workout is designed for all fitness levels. Expect a circuit-style class that blends cardio and strength, led by MINT’s top instructors. Think recess for adults — with kettlebells, ropes, TRX, resistance bands, and more!
