Minority Men's Wellness Workshop

This therapist-led workshop was intentionally created to offer a safe, supportive space for minority men to engage in the conversations that are often left unspoken.

Too often, the lived experiences, stressors, and emotional realities of minority men go unheard or unaddressed. This space is designed to change that—by fostering honest dialogue, connection, and community.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn from and engage with trusted leaders and professionals in the community, including a pastor, a fitness coach/trainer, and licensed mental health therapists. Together, we’ll explore topics related to identity, stress, boundaries, and emotional regulation in a way that is both practical and meaningful.

Our goal is not just conversation—but transformation. You can expect to walk away with tools you can actively apply in your daily life, along with increased self-awareness and insight for deeper personal growth.

We’ll begin with guided body movement to help you ground and connect, followed by teaching sessions and a Q&A panel where real questions can be asked and real answers can be given.

If you’ve been carrying a lot, navigating life quietly, or simply looking for a space where you don’t have to have it all together—this is for you.
