This mini retreat combines hands-on practice with evidence-based techniques designed to calm and regulate your nervous system, sprinkled with a little bit of magic leading up to the new moon.
During this three-hour session, you will:
- Learn and practice at least five practical techniques to help you manage stress, reduce overwhelm, and support emotional balance.
- Participate in guided demonstrations of methods like EFT, breathing exercises, and other nervous system regulation strategies.
- Explore reflection and mindfulness exercises by the water at sunset, designed to help you notice transitions and create mental clarity.
- Develop personal routines you can easily integrate into your daily life for long-term self-care.

- VIP: $175, including a 30-minute follow-up call to personalize techniques and support your ongoing practice.
This retreat is for anyone ready to take intentional steps toward calm, focus, and sustainable self-care. No prior experience required. Space is limited to 6–10 participants for a focused, hands-on experience.
Optional: For those interested, we’ll offer a brief tarot reflection to explore insights from the evening and support self-awareness. No prior experience is needed, and participants are welcome to observe or engage as they feel comfortable.
