Through Murray's gentle guidance, an intentional walk, and the music of MindTravel in your headphones, you'll be transported into your inner world. This is a practice of stillness through movement, which invites you into the present moment .

A part of the Wellist Week celebrations, this event will take place at sunrise, before you start your workday. Please meet us at 6:45am at XXXX to prepare for this truly unique experience.

🏫 Who: :Murray Hidary is a multi-disciplinary artist and tech pioneer. Through his mindful experience MindTravel, he shares his meditative piano compositions and walking meditations with tens of thousands of people.

Wellist Week is Miami’s inaugural citywide celebration of wellness business and culture taking place April 13–19, 2026 in the Miami Design District and across the city.
